Missing my boy!

19.11.13 - I am here lying in bed missing my boy who is now in Perth. He's on a school exchange program and is assigned to a host of 15 years old called Maxim from Sacred Heart College. He lives in northern Perth.

Actually my boy wishes to go Japan instead but I didn't allow. I want him to experience life in a western country so that he will get some ideas of how it will be if he further his studies overseas in the near future. He will definitely not study in Japan. So didn't want him to waste this precious opportunity. We paid $2,800 for a 5 days program.

After watching all his photos in the Dropbox just now that our gal eagerly showed us, I was amazed by his level of exposure. Maxim and his family treats him well, took him to the beach nearby their house with their dog. My boy did so much there, visited the prison, cooked bbq for the first time at a park, visited a food festival, fed kangaroo, enjoyed laser tag game, etc.

In fact, he communicated with us daily through WhatsApp and Skype. Met Maxim and his parents briefly through Skype too and thanks them for their hospitality. His mom complimented my boy for being well behave and good at home. Yes, I agreed. Maxim has two younger sisters who look pretty in picture. Their house has a pool and my boy swam for two days so far. I know he had tremendous fun and he is enjoying every minute of it. I'm so happy for him. I just pray that he will take good care and be home safely.

Well, today my gal invited Pei En to our house and they had some good times together. Before that, we went over to st Mary school to cancel her alloted placement. In fact I like the school, it was clean, spacious and tidy. Anyway, a decision is made and she will make it right.
