My Blog Found A Meaning 2011

When my kids first created this blog for me in 2009, it was just for fun. Making use of this generation tools, it could be cool and on par with my kids. I begin writing as if I am writing my diary which I did during school days. After all, I can write. I received compliments before at college and at work. So, I start to document my life in this blog. At least I will have a back up at old age should my black box fail me.

Initially, it is a diary that should be personal. However, my gal came up to me one day early this year and asked me to continue writing, then I realized that my kids are actually following my blog and have been reading my thoughts all the while. It freaked me at that moment when my diary has actually turned into something like Wimpy Kid Diary that they love.

Then on, there is a new found meaning to my blog. It turns into a legacy from me to my kids. This blog help me and the kids to record all important lessons and messages in life and always remember precious times we spent together, be it the good, the bad, joy, sorrow, etc that left a mark in our lives.

Now that I know they have been following this blog, I hope they will continue to do so and enjoy it. Though this is just one way interaction, I look forward to hear from them in this blog one day.
